Your 6 week beginners Pilates course will start your fitness journey for 2018
Have you ever wanted to try Pilates or to learn an in-depth technique for yourself?
Have you heard how Pilates is great for back pain or for toning your tummy?
All the celebrities and sports people are all doing Pilates, you can too!
During our 6 week Pilates course you’ll learn how to do Pilates exercises correctly, you’ll learn the principles and techniques to movement and exercise, and you’ll be able to create your own home practice program from this course plus be ready to attend any classes you wish.
Are you new to our classes? You need to do this course to learn our base movement techniques that underpin every one of our classes here at Cooloola Coast Pilates & PT and Rehab to Fitness.
You will learn Pilates principles and core control and strengthening.
You will learn basic functional movement for day to day moving and improving back/hip/knee function.
You will learn how to look after your body and condition your muscles with self-release trigger point massage techniques.
You will be supported and respected to achieve better health this year.
Included in the course is a Free 15minute Private Assessment and a Free 15 minute post course planning appointment to set up your routine for the next phase.
Course runs in two locations: Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.
Tin Can Bay Course:
Location: Tuncunba Hall, 20 Gympie Road, Tin Can Bay.
Time: 11.30-12.15am, 45 minutes
Dates: Course has finished for Term 1, 2018
Cost: $109 per person
Rainbow Beach Course:
Location: Rainbow Beach Studio, Esprit Drive, Rainbow Shores
Time: 10-11am , 55minutes
Dates: Course has finished for Term 1, 2018

Cost: $149 per person
After you finish the course you choose how you want your fitness journey to continue with a free 15 minute private mentoring session to select your options that best suit you. This must be booked by the end of the course.
