45min Cardio & Toning Class: 

Interval based cardiovascular training and toning exercises in a fun and motivating group environment. Be led through a basic routine that lifts the heart rate and gets the blood pumping. Our clients are measuring 4000 steps in just 30mins!

 

Class is to music and uses the aerobic step.

Our classes are kept basic in their choreography so you don’t miss a step!
