Small Group Sessions

Our small group sessions are Pilates/fitness exercise groups and clinical exercise groups. Each group type has a maximum of three participants and our main focus of working on resistance training, improving core strength and control with Pilates type movements and functional movement retraining, myofascial releases and stretches where required.
Goals:
* Increase strength through loaded resistance training
* Increase core stability and strength with bodyweight and Pilates exercises
* Increase mobility and flexibility with myofascial self-release exercises and stretching
* Utilise our studio equipment including Pilates reformer, fitballs, weights, steps, small equipment and more
* Load functional movements taught in the movement retraining groups and progress this base training into athleticism.
